A family holiday in Jamaica would do nicely you are thinking, but the budget is a bit stretched, so you are really looking for a cheap family holiday, and furthermore you want a family holiday at a Beach Resort in Jamaica, and in fact Montego Bay sounds just about right. The hotel you should check out that fits your requirements should be the Coyaba Beach Resort.
The Coyaba Beach Resort is a Jamaica Beach Resort with only fifty rooms set on three floors. What this means immediately is a fairly small hotel, and so the personal level of service should be better, but in turn the resort is big enough to include some of the features you might hope to find in a bigger resort. The average price works out at just over two hundred US dollars per night, so you are in the right place for a family bargain holiday.
The Coyaba Beach Resort is very close to the airport, and so you will be aware of aircraft noise, but not so bad as to be upsetting. It really is more interesting than anything else, and it's great you can be at the hotel within 10 minutes of leaving the airport.
When staying at the hotel, you should be aware that there is an all inclusive option, and it is to be recommended. The cost for the upgrade to the all inclusive plan is USD115, but it will be worth it. Paying for everything during your stay could work out at USD200 per head in food and drink. The food is very good, swimming in the warm Caribbean makes you hungry, and the food by the way is mostly very good. This being the case, you will probably eat three meals a day, and afternoon tea as well. Then it is warm in Jamaica, so you will be thirsty. The barmen make some wicked cocktails, and they go down a treat, and very quickly you go back for more. It's not difficult to get your money's worth at Coyaba Beach Resort.
You will find the rooms are clean, simple, and the beds are very comfortable. Inevitably each room has a balcony, and a nice place to relax after coming off the beach with rum punch in hand. Expect an interrupted view of the Caribbean, because there may well be palm trees partially obscuring your view. It is all nevertheless very relaxing. It is a nice place for a family holiday, because this is a genuine beach resort, on its own bit of white Caribbean private sand beach. It may not be very large, but it is very nice. The sea is turquoise and beautifully warm, and almost best of all, there is no pressure on sun beds or shade, because for some unaccountable reason the majority of the guests prefer to sit by the pool.
Although there are not many activities for children, this is a good place to find for a cheap and good family holiday. Perhaps it would be too laid back for teenagers, but for small children just perfect. Their parents can lie easy knowing they are having a cheap, good holiday in the fantastic Montego Bay in Jamaica, and enjoying the all inclusive option at Coyaba Beach Resort.
