Firm or hard mattress?
I bought a sleep number bed about 6 months ago, and while I am getting a better night's sleep, it's not perfect. They have a quiz on their site about what firmness to select and it doesn't matter what options I select (except changing my weight) it always tells me to put it on the most firm setting. I don't think this is right. Where can I find what firmness of mattress is right for me?
Don't pay attention to what the bed tells you.
Pay attention to what your body, specifically your back, tells you. I prefer firm myself.
