my pillowtop mattress is too soft causing a backache. What can I put between mattress and pad to firm it up?

I can't remember what they're called, but at wal-mart and furniture stores they have this long yellowish thing that they make exactly for that. Call your local furniture store and explain your problem, they'll most likely be able to help.
