Can anyone tell me if bathroom vanities that are 48 inces long can be gotten 18 inches deep?
It will most likely be a special order since most vanities are 21 deep. Call your local Lowes/Home Depot special order kitchen cabinet department. You can get a sink base there cheaper than in the bathroom section.
