How do you deflate a self inflating camping mattress? I've rolled it up but it's not fully deflated.?

Roll it - push hard to get all the air out. Seal it up. Unroll it, roll it up again....let the rest of the air out. Seal it up.

I've been known to squash the air out with my knees too, to get it back into the carrybag...*GRIN*
