Does anyone know if a Twin Size Thick Mattress would fit in a Regular Size Lower Bunk Bed?
The Bunk beds are thick wood and VERY stirdy, good for kids up to late teens and came with a sort of thin mattress and a thin bottom. I would like to buy a new mattress and wasnt sure if a thick twin mattress would fit. Does anyone know?
Yes, a regular twin mattress will fit, but the person in the lower bunk will lose some space and it is harder to change the sheets without bumping your head. I have regular mattresses on my bunkbed and my almost 4 year old daughter can't even sit up in her bottom bunk without hitting her head!
