I just bought an electric mattress heater...?
I'm guessing it'll go between the mattress and the mattress cover. Is that the right way?
Or do I even need a mattress cover?
You can use a mattress cover if you like, but you don't need to.
Just put it directly on the mattress & put your bed sheet on it.
A blanket on it will make it more efficient.
