I have a queen size headboard can i use a full size mattres and frame for it?
Yes, you can, as there is little difference between the sizes of of a full bed and a queen bed. However, the headboard will not attach to the frame in the standard way.
I would suggest attaching the headboard to the wall, and then pushing the frame/mattress up to the headboard. You won't even be able to tell that it's not connected.
