How can I prevent my cat from scratching my headboard?
I got a really nice tufted headboard for Christmas. It won't take my cat very long to ruin it if she claws it. I had to ban her from the room because after it got put in, less than five minutes she started scratching at it from under the bed. I miss having my cat in my room, though. What can I do to keep her from tearing the fabric?
Here are some examples of cheap but good scratching places for kitties. They helped with my cats. Walmart sells something similar.
