How to fix a bookcase headboard?

After sitting on it and getting up it starts to slip away from the wall and sit slanted. It also hits the wall everytime I get in bed at night which wakes up my son in the next room. I have to not move at night when im going to bed. Anyone know how to properly fix this?

If it’s seriously resting on the mattress…… you would use a couple on either side, raising it up slightly {and maybe putting some blocks under the legs, to transfer weight.} If it’s only barely resting on the mattress…… one on either side will do placed under the bottom shelf …..in studs if possible
Or
You could drive some screws through the backboard …..at the appropriate place to hit the studs
