i have been sleeping on a mattress that does have bed bugs on the sides of it and i woke up to hearing a noise

in my left ear the noise did not go away and would last 1 second and i could randomly hear it anywhere from once every 30 seconds to 10 minutes then after 2 hours of hearing the noise maybe 20 or 30 times i went to sleep for an hour woke up and heard the noise about 2 times within the next hour is their a bed bug in my left ear and what should i do just ignore it and see what happens use a q tip or go to the hospital is the problem serious is it definatly a bug in my ear
