I'll be traveling to puerto rico and I wont have access to a vaccuum. I wonder if I can take the air out with an air-mattress pump. Has anyone tried it? Does anyone have and use the space storage bags??
i got some cheap space storage type bags from target when i was flying back to new zealand from america last year, they were zip lock type and you roll them to release the air and flatten them, it had some kind of air release area at the bottom that kept the air from getting back in after being flattened. no vaccum needed at all.
