Ok, Moobs need to go.?
I recently posted a similar post but didn't get a good answer, I have got to loose about 20-40lbs in about 3 months, so says my doctor, if that wasn't bad enough, Im still in high school and moving to a new town, so the stress is on to look my best to make take 1 or 2 rough spots out and make everything go smoother. My real problem areas are my chest and gut. I currently weigh between 230-240. I am on a 'Cold food Diet' in which I maintain good nutrition, but some calories are lost because everything I eat is near ice cold, in addition the only things I drink are Ice water and a SMALL cup of iced coffee in the morning. I run on a regular basis and lift everyday, abs and bench excersises, I know that my doctor set a high goal, even for a teenager who has been careful of everything. I accept all offers of help, please I have more than vanity to worry about here, btw Im borderline diabetic.
it is considered safe to lose no more than app. 2 lbs per week and u have around 12 weeks to work with. so your aim should be to lose around 24 lbs in 3 mths.
that is an achievable goal. i can say that coz i lost 22 lbs in 2 1/2 mths after my delivery. I was 160 lbs at the time of delivery and after my diet control and exercise i was 138 lbs at the end of 2 1/2 mths.
i can tell you what i ate and you can see if it works for you.
i used to have a slice of brown bread with tomato slices, lettuce and a cup of soya milk for breakfast.
I'd have a snack of cucumber and apple or any low fat fruit salad.
for lunch I'd have a small serving of lean/white meat with brown bread and salad.
i used to take iced tea with fat free 2 crackers.
i used to take a light dinner (like the lunch)
i used to workout for around 40 minutes daily, avoid eating anything outside of the diet mentioned above.
i have contd the same till now and after 5 mths of my delivery I'm 120 lbs.
you can even try taking 1/2 a lemon squeezed into 1/2 tsp of honey and 1/2 cup of warm water in the morning, it helps increase the body's metabolism and help reduce weight.
