On Sims 2: Open/Business, how do I get my Sim to open a resteraunt?
I get the "buy community lot, hire employees, blah blah" stuff, but when I tried to make a resteraunt, I assigned two chefs and someone to Tidy Up (that's all it would allow besides restocking items). A woman walked in, stood there for a second or two, and then left! What do I do!? Or is it even POSSIBLE to open up a resteraunt?
On the back of the box it shows some sims at a bakery, how do I do that?! They are eating and there are chefs etc. , why cant i do that? More Questions I would like answered please:
Where do I get that really unique stuff i.e vanity, toy/flower making stand, elevator.
How do I promote employees?
My Employees WERE happy (their bubbles was green) and all of a sudden they yell at me and quit! How do I prevent this?!
In order to run a restaurant, you have to buy a podium and place it preferably near the entrance. You should then be able to assign the host duty - the person who seats the customers. Then you can assign servers who do the serving and what not.
You can't promote employees, but you can change their salaries to make them happier. Click on them and somewhere in there is the option to do that.
Elevators are found in the miscellaneous section of build mode. Toy/flower making stands are found in the hobby section of the item buying mode - this is available on a residential lot only i think. Vanity might be in the miscellaneous section of the item buying section, i think. Or you could just go to the bedroom category.
