Have you seen the photos? A bare-backed Miley wrapped in a silver bedsheet, peering back seductively. How do you feel about this being the way Hollywood seems to be taking G-rated girls and systematically turning them into strung-out women? Britney Spears started out all sweet and innocent...

Personal opinion, from what I've seen, someone should be arrested for child pornography.

As I understand it, child pornography doesn't require technical nudity. It's possible for a picture to basically be provocative enough to run afoul of child pornography laws.

If I'm correct, my personal opinion is that (based on just the one picture I've seen in the news) these images are too provocative for a 15yo.

I hope that somewhere in America, there is at least one prosecutor looking at these pictures today and starting an investigation to determine if laws have been broken.
I've seen one picture in the news, and it is basically a sexual picture. Technically, it isn't showing nudity, but for child pornography, you don't have to.
