everybody says dat, soft mattress is good for health. but, not understanding dat, is soft mattress better for sleeping or hard mattress???????? also, what is ORTHOPAEDIC MATTRESS????
I have two beds I rotate between. One has a thick memory foam topper that is great for relieving the pressure on the "pointy" parts of my body. The other is a high end Sealey posturpedic (a gift from a wonderful friend) that for some reason helps me to sleep longer (as in not wake up every hour). One day when I can afford it I'd like a Tempurpedic mattress. The material was designed by NASA for space travel, to relieve pressure on the body.
I guess you just have to "test-drive" a mattress for at least 20 minutes to see how your body reacts. We all have different levels of comfort.
