Ladies, just out of curiosity...How old were you when you started getting noticeably gray hair?
Within the past few months I've noticed quite a few gray hairs. I've caved to my sense of vanity and have colored my hair (using a formula that offers 100% gray coverage of course).
My husband thinks the whole gray hair thing is laughable. He says he keeps forgetting that I'm not 19 years old anymore but SO DO I! I feel way too young to be getting grays.
How old were you when you first started getting grays and did you immediately run to the nearest drugstore or salon for a coloring kit?

I was about 25 I think. I am red headed so I dont really get grey hairs but I have a few white ones in the front on top of my head. I tell my daughter I have one for each year she has been alive (she is 9). But my mom has been completely snow white since she was about 35. My dad is snow white too (I got the red from him) and he is only 53. So it looks like I will be white headed too someday. Its not that noticeable right now, so Im not sure if I will dye it or not. Maybe if it looks natural...but I know from my mom that once it all turns white the dye doesnt really hold anymore.
