I've not seen that style from Vanity Fair. Pretty panty, though. Bali has a line called 'skimp skamp' that mimics the panty you linked to. It comes in a full-brief and/or high-cut brief, with/without lace waistband. Sorry, I don't have a link. I'm not sure if Sears carries it, but JC Penny does. Good luck.
