Anyone has King size IKEA MALM bed frame?

Anyone has King size IKEA MALM bed frame?

Hello...

We bought the same bed frame...thinking that it would fit a Cal King mattress also.

BUT...it fit's an eastern King mattress instead.

The dimensions are different:

California King has overall dimensions of 72” wide x 84” long.
Eastern King measures 76” wide x 80” long

Long story short...our Cal King mattress was too ling and we had to sell it. Unfortunately for us, we bought furniture in the medium brown color (dresser, wardrobe, nightstand and bookcase) that we now have to find a bed frame that matches that color.

P.S. Ikea does sell the mattress' that fit the MALM frame...we just didn't like them because they are pretty thin and we like our plush top.
