What would you use to store your mattress and box spring in your garage?
Are there storage bags for mattresses? If so, who sells them? What have you done to store your mattress to keep it from getting all dirty?
fuzzytop: No I'm not giving you a thumbs down. Your opinion and suggestions are appreciated by me. Thank you. But, however, even though getting rid of the mattress is a swell idea, we just bought them a couple of years ago, and we plan on moving into a house with a fourth bedroom, and we will be using the mattresses then. I'm having a baby, so I just need to store the mattresses for now, so that we can have a nursery. Thank you for the idea though. 
There are indeed storage bags for mattresses. Go to either a U-Hall store or a furniture store and ask for a plastic mattress protector. U-Hall has them starting at $2.95 including one mattress cover and one box springs cover. They also have a set that has handles on them. These are somewhat more expensive but might be worth the extra money.
