I am decorating my bedroom and have limited electrical outlets..?

I want to put two wall lamps (sconce) on either side of my vanity. I have limited accessibility to outlets.
How do you install wall lights (is it hard)? Do they make battery powered lamps to mount on the wall?

They do sell all kinds of battery operated lighting now. My suggestion is to take a look at the LED battery lights they have. I've seen them on a swivel/pivot so you can aim them.
